Many of you would have heard of this place. Yes, desmond-t is going to bring to you his version of Look Out Point, Hulu Langat. Do expect nice KL views, attractions and food galore from this place. A perfect hangout place, for the young and old. Last Saturday it is, a perfect time to go to The Look Out Point in the night as it rained cats and dogs in the evening. Immediately, the skies emerged as clear as it is after several spells of hazy atmosphere. What a time for a drive to this hillside hangout place.

Jianz just bought a new digital camera, so this outing’s photos were taken from his brand new Olympus 850 SW camera. With 8MP and shock proof and 3-meters waterproof camera, he is still learning to fully utilize his camera. This is the best result of the night, taken by ShiMikY over the night mode. Not bad for me, at least.

KL is just so lively at night, especially Saturday nights. Luckily we arrived at early hours, which is at 7pm. We thoroughly avoided traffic jams and most of all, the scarce of parking lots. So far, everything went perfect. Nice weather, clear skies, breezy and nice seating.

ShiMikY, the driver all the way from Malacca snapping the photo for us. This is the gateway uphill towards the restaurants and the watch tower.

The walkway for pedestrians uphill towards the Gasoline Restaurant.

This is the scene at 10pm. Every single table is already occupied. 8 birthday celebrations in total.

The unique wheelbarrow stools. Unfortunately, due to heavy downpour in the evening, it is wet and unoccupied. Comfortable? I don’t think so.

Table 25 - kept on sembang and undecisive over their orders.

This is my pick - Sacha Chicken Chop @ RM11.90, rating 6/10. Edible only.

Jay’s Gasoline Fried Chop - Big portion so stuff the cakap banyak person LOL

Dear’s Cheezy Chicken Chop @ RM12.90 - Rating: 7/10, better than mine.

My Side Order - Puffy Chicken Mushroom Soup @ RM6.90

Overall, Gasoline’s food is just so-so for me. Nothing fascinating, just that they serves a wide variety and mind-boggling menu that made you blurred. Worth for the night view and ambience though. A lil too many birthday celebrations overthere though, EIGHT birthday songs were played and sang in the whole night.

The later part of the trip, we proceeded to the Watch Tower and guess what… it was really packed! We did not spend much time snapping pictures as it was pitch dark and noisy and stuffy and stampede and so on.

Talking about birthdays again, I’ll take this opportunity to wish my eldest bro, a Happy Birthday (age undisclosed)… Never do I forget the big day of yours and present would be delivered slightly delayed, OK? Hehe… Many happy returns and I wish your business would grow and grow and grow endlessly. Special wish? Perhaps a hole-in-one for you in the coming golf session? God knows how much I care for you and our family!

Have a joyous party and glorious years ahead!
